Even in sickness, life didn’t pause. I was still showing up as a wife, a homeschool mom, a household manager, and running a business. From the outside, I looked fine. But inside, I was fighting and losing.
Through six physically and mentally exhausting years, I battled Lyme disease. I struggled with debilitating nerve and muscle pain, severe energy depletion, and brain fog. I developed the habit of numbing my symptoms with processed food and alcohol, and the result was significant weight gain, and as I later realized, a worsening of my symptoms.
After trying various treatments, I improved about 50% and hit a plateau. The real turning point came when I addressed my nutritional needs at the cellular level. That shift became the catalyst my body needed to fight the infection and create a lasting transformation.
Today, I can say I am pain free, healthy, strong, vibrant, and full of energy.
