Initial Clinical Session

The Initial Clinical Session is the starting point for care.

This session provides dedicated time to explore your health history, current concerns, and the context surrounding them. The goal is to establish initial clarity and determine whether ongoing work together would be useful.

Sessions are structured, conversational, and paced to support understanding rather than overwhelm. This work prioritizes orientation and direction rather than comprehensive resolution.

What the session includes

  • Review of health history and current concerns

  • Discussion of symptoms, lifestyle context, and relevant factors

  • Initial clinical impressions

  • Early recommendations or areas to observe when appropriate

This session does not require a commitment to ongoing care. Some people choose to continue working together over time. Others do not. Both outcomes are appropriate.
